Ataxia

Ataxia is a term used to describe a group of neurological disorders that affect coordination, balance, and speech, making it challenging for those affected to perform everyday activities that require precise movements. Imagine your brain as the command center sending out signals to various parts of your body to move in a synchronized and smooth manner. In ataxia, this communication system faces interference, leading to uncoordinated or clumsy movements that are not intentional.
